Fee Structure & Payment Information

Fees vary by age and evaluation type:

•   For an Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluation:

        Ages 2-5: $1800

        Ages 6-12: $2500

        Ages 13-18: $3000

​

•   For an ADHD evaluation:

        Ages 4-6: $1800

        Ages 7-12: $2500

        Ages 13-18: $3000

​

•   For a Psychoeducational evaluation:

        Ages 5-12: $2000

        Ages 13-18: $2700

        

•   For a Dyslexia Risk evaluation: 

        Ages 4-6: $1800

        

Evaluation Services Include:​

•   Initial telehealth intake appointment 

•   In-person assessment appointment

•   Comprehensive record review

•   Consultation with educators and/or other healthcare providers (when applicable)

•   Telehealth feedback appointment ​​​​​

•   Written report with personalized recommendations

Insurance & Maximizing Your Benefits:

McDermott Psychological is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly; however, the practice is committed to supporting your reimbursement efforts. Upon full payment, you'll receive a detailed superbill with all information required for insurance submission.

To optimize your potential reimbursement, it is recommended  you contact your insurance provider before beginning services to:

•   Review your out-of-network psychological testing benefits

•   Understand their reimbursement process and documentation requirements

•   Inquire about coverage rates for psychological testing services

•   CPT codes for your insurance inquiry: 90791, 96130, 96131, 96136, and  96137
