Diagnostic Evaluations

•   Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Evaluation:

        Ages 2-5: $1800

        Ages 6-14: $2500

        Ages 15-18: $3000

•   ADHD Evaluation:

        Ages 4-6: $1800

        Ages 7-14: $2500

        Ages 15-18: $3000

•   Mental Health Diagnostic Evaluation (Anxiety, OCD, Mood Disorders,

     Behavioral and Emotional Concerns):

        Ages 4-6: $1800

        Ages 7-14: $2500

        Ages 15-18: $3000

•   Psychoeducational Evaluation (cognitive and academic testing):

        Ages 5-12: $2000

        Ages 13-18: $2700

        

•   Dyslexia Risk evaluation: 

        Ages 4-6: $1800

        

Evaluation Services Include:​

•   Initial telehealth intake appointment 

•   In-person assessment appointment

•   Comprehensive record review

•   Consultation with educators and/or other healthcare providers

•   Telehealth feedback appointment ​​​​​

•   Written report with personalized recommendations

Insurance & Maximizing Your Benefits:

McDermott Psychological is an out-of-network provider and does not bill

insurance directly; however, the practice is committed to supporting your

reimbursement efforts. Upon full payment, you'll receive a detailed

superbill with all information required for insurance submission.

To optimize your potential reimbursement, it is recommended  you contact

your insurance provider before beginning services to:

•   Review your out-of-network psychological testing benefits

•   Understand their reimbursement process and documentation

     requirements

•   Inquire about coverage rates for psychological testing services

•   CPT codes for your insurance inquiry: 90791, 96130, 96131,

     96136, and  96137

can plan accordingly for any out-of-pocket expenses.
